How does our cultural background influence our everyday life, our working life and our communication? In the online workshop series “Intercultural Snacks”, we explore different aspects of intercultural communication.

How important is punctuality? Is time seen as flexible or precise? Different cultures have different ideas about how to deal with time. In this online training course, you will learn how time is viewed in different cultures and how you can adapt to this in your professional life.

The workshop will be led by a qualified intercultural trainer. We will be speaking German, so you should have a German level of at least B1.
Who is the course aimed at?

The project is co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) and is aimed at third-country nationals in Germany and those about to immigrate to Germany. Refugees and students are not part of the target group.

You can register if you are a third-country national and if you have one of these residence titles:

  • Residence permit to carry out vocational training, search for a training place, recognition of foreign professional qualifications, work, job search, spouse or family reunification
  • Visa or visa application for the above-mentioned residence purposes
