Broadcasting Culture - Open Call for Videos!
Topic: Independent Cultural Spaces
In the framework of the EU4Dialogue project, the Goethe-Institut is calling for filmmakers to submit their concepts for short films or videos about independent art spaces or social and cultural initiatives, with a focus on experiences of self-organization, alternative ways of funding, community dynamics in arts and culture, challenges and possibilities of creating your own cultural space.
Maximal length: 15 min.
The maximal budget for one video is 5000 Euro, depending on the workload, the professionalism of the film team and the calculated budget.
- Who can apply? Filmmakers and Film Production Companies from the South Caucasus and the Republic of Moldova, including conflict-affected regions

- Your previous work (link or video file)
- A short concept (2-4 pages) which should contain a description of your project, your personal motivation, a budget calculation for your film (description of the budget items and short explanation why it is necessary), the estimated length of your film, a description of your technical equipment (camera, editing program).
