35,000 tons of textile waste are produced in North Macedonia annually

Every year, 35.000 tons of textile waste are generated in North Macedonia - which is enough to fill the North Macedonia’s Parliament building six times with discarded clothes. But how is the country dealing with its textile waste? And how is the social enterprise “Zaedno” from Štip making a small but important local step in this sea of textile waste?
