14th Kalpanirjhar International Short Fiction Film Festival

The international short fiction film festival organised jointly by the Kalpanirjhar Foundation and Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan Kolkata, with Add Life, Caring Minds as the co-sponsor, once again promises to be an attractive fare.

This year, there will be over 100 films to be shortlisted and showcased at the festival after the preview selections. The selected Indian entries will be in competition for the Patton Awards for The Best Indian Film. In addition, a second award is being introduced from this year which is the Kalpanirjhar Award for the second best India film. The country of focus for this edition of the festival will be France. The films on view will cover a wide spectrum of creative efforts from different continents and countries across the globe.
