DANCE MOVEMENT THERAPY: MASTERCLASS

In collaboration with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and Kolkata Samved for their Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy (DMT).

Within the scope of this course, Martina Piff from the Institute for Movement Therapy and Movement-Oriented Prevention and Rehabilitation, Deutsche Sporthochschule, Cologne, will give a masterclass at TISS and Kolkata Samved on Theory and Practice of DMT in Germany, DMT-awareness among common people, and mental health discipline, DMT- courses available in Germany, employment options for Dance Movement Therapist in Germany and experiential factors covering techniques with special focus on trauma survivors, with a special focus on dealing with Sexual Violence and Impact measurement process.
