You get in contact with society and its various opinions. Your feelings occupy the whole environment. A dialogue with the NOW just began...
 
Closing the festival Rituals of Birth and Death, the German curator/dramaturge and former bangaloREsident@Jaaga Felizitas Stilleke and Bangalore's performance artist Avril Stormy Unger want to show how to define spaces through performances – physically and conceptually. Focussed on the topic of life and death, they are interested in creating performative positions of being alive as a way to react to the unknown phenomenon of dying. In an open workshop, they will share their experiences with creating and curating performing arts – as a conversation on contemporary life.
 
During the 2-day workshop, they will look at the work from two different points of view: Express & Evoke! As a performer, dancer and visual artist Avril is very familiar with finding out an inner setup for expressing herself. While Felizitas brings in her analytical view, combined with the curatorial expertise of putting ideas in a performative set up, in dialogue with other arts/artists.
