Presented by Festivals From India and Goethe-Institut/ Max Mueller Bhavan Mumbai, Cultural Management Mentor Hours brings together creative professionals and cultural managers across various arts segments and organisations in India. 

This edition focuses on ‘How to build a successful festival IP’. Mentors will focus on different aspects of building and sustaining successful large-format events and IPs, enabling attendees to better understand and shape the long-term viability of their projects. Focus areas will include understanding and shaping an IP, developing and growing a community, and legal protection of intellectual property.

If you want to create the next big festival IP in the country or deepen your understanding of the strategies behind successful IPs, this session is for you!

Tej Brar, Nodwin Gaming
Head - Festivals at Nodwin Gaming where he oversees festivals such as Bacardi Nh7 Weekender, Dreamhack India, Breezer Vivid Shuffle and all their other large format events throughout the year. It will be interesting to hear how/whether he plans to create a new IP with Nodwin, as his experience has largely been with artist management.

Director at Kommune, offline activations through workshops, poetry slams, online activations such as podcasts in between editions of the Spoken Fest. Kommune is currently building a creative community, Stumble, it would be interesting to hear about plans with respect to that as well.
