E-book project of the German Foreign Office
The German Foreign Office is looking for children and teens who love writing and who would like to publish their own texts: Along the lines of “
A world for you and me” young authors from around the world are invited to depict their fantasies, hopes and dreams.
Children and teens up to 19 years old can participate. Entries can be short stories, essays, poems or songs consisting of no more than 3000 characters (including spaces) and can be written in either German or English. The texts must be written by authors themselves.
In order to publish the text as an e-book the filled in authorisation form is required. It is available as a download
here.
All entries are going to be published in an e-book by
Aufbau-Verlag. A jury will select three entries of each age category which are going to be presented and awarded with
book vouchers from Thalia at the open day of the German Foreign Office.
Entries need to be sent via e-mail as Word attachments:
ebook.aa@gmail.com
They must include name, age, address, name of legal guardian and have the subject “Eine Welt für dich und mich”. Deadline for entries is
15. July 2018.
