The Into Film Festival is a free and annual celebration of film and education for schools and young people across the UK.

The Festival, formerly known as the National Youth Film Festival, takes place 10th Nov – 26th Nov 2021. It aims to help educators bring learning to life for 5-19 year olds by inspiring young people to watch, make and understand film in new and creative ways.

Due to the ongoing considerations regarding Covid-19, the festival will be different from previous years, with reduced capacity screenings and smaller groups, but it will certainly be the celebration of cinema and culture we've all been waiting for!  

The hundreds of free film screenings and filmmaking workshops on offer have clear learning outcomes - outcomes that support education and personal development, as well as helping to build a lifelong passion for film. German films are also included in the programme again this year.
