Young Vic

Directed by Joe Hill-Gibbins, designed by Johannes Schütz

Dark fantasies and nightmarish visions unfold in this bold take on Shakespeare's unparalleled tale of love, betrayal and desire.

Director Joe Hill-Gibbins teams up with German designer Johannes Schütz (Three Sisters, Young Vic, 2012) to dive into the subconscious of Shakespeare's masterpiece and create a new production that heaves with the energy of a wild house party.

Creative workshop for emerging directors and designers

Alongside Johannes Schütz’s and Joe Hill-Gibbins’ production, Johanna Meyer, Johannes Schütz's Creative Assistant, will be delivering a creative workshop for emerging directors and designers as part of the Young Vic's Director's Program.
