Channa Maron: Dir selbst sei treu

Am 30. Mai 2014 verstarb die große Schauspielerin Channa Maron. Der israelische Illustrator und Animator David Polonsky („Waltz with Bashir“) und die deutsche Comic-Künstlerin Barbara Yelin („Irmina“) haben auf Einladung des Goethe-Instituts je zehn Episoden aus dem Leben Channa Marons als Plakate entworfen. Die Ausstellung wurde zunächst in den Goethe-Instituten in Tel Aviv und Jerusalem sowie im Rahmen des Internationalen Literaturfestivals in Berlin präsentiert. Zurzeit tourt sie durch Schulen in Israel und Deutschland. Die erste Eröffnung in Deutschland fand am 30. November am Berliner Heinz Berggruen Gymnasium statt, wo Barbara Yelin zum Abschluss auch einen Workshop für Schüler gab.
 

Die Ausstellung ist zurzeit im Goethe-Institut Tel Aviv bis Ende Februar 2024 zu sehen
