Knowing is Doing: Artist Rights is the first in the series of workshopping sessions led by Bavisha. The Indian Artists Rights Campaign: Knowing is Doing - Artist Rights Workshop is an attempt to create a legally literate, empowered artist ecosystem that negotiates and asserts its rights.

Understanding creative contracts, agreements & basic legal hygiene as a creative practitioner
Day 2
Understanding the legal journey of an/any artwork
Case studies, useful resources and contract templets
Collectively engaging in critical, speculative role-playing exercises within the context of Indian contemporary art
