Listening, speaking, reading and writing are the "classic" four skills when it comes to learning a language. When learning German as a foreign language in a school context, learners also acquire the language in all the competence areas mentioned above.
Why is it necessary to cover a topic in terms of as many skills as possible? How can as many skills as possible be linked in one lesson? What about visual and auditory comprehension? To what extent does non-verbal communication play a role in teaching? And why can film sequences be a stimulating learning environment?
In this training series, participants will find methodological-didactic information and suggestions on the individual areas of competence and impulses for connecting them in the classroom.
