Exhibition 'Erfinderland Deutschland'

The Goethe-Institut London is delighted to offer further science workshops in German for secondary school pupils in London.

The workshops promote the concept of STEM teaching combined with German and link to core subjects which are part of the curricula in Northwestern Europe. They inform students about the recent research projects of German scientists, showcase future prospects and focus on the topic of studying in Germany.

The organisation Native Scientists recruits German scientists and offers two workshops on 31 March 2017 (11am and 1pm) at the Goethe-Institut London. The scientists are prepared to work with secondary school pupils who are in their 3rd year and above of studying German.

A workshop takes about 1.5 hours during which the students are involved in different experiments (4 scientists will work with 5 students each). Separated into small groups (speed-dating principle), they learn about new experiments and simultaneously study the German language.
