With Dr. Oetker India
Internship
In May 2021, 20 PASCH-students from India had the opportunity to gain practical experience at the food company "Dr. Oetker India" for the first time. Due to the Corona pandemic, the five-day internship took place online.
Initially, the students got to know the company and its departments. Then they were assigned project tasks in small groups, which they worked on under the guidance of company employees. On the last day, they presented their project results. In the end, all participants were invited to a cooking activity, which was virtually guided by a chef of the company via Zoom.
This internship in a school framework was a great experience for me as a German-language student. I learned a lot about marketing, product quality, workplace management, consumer preferences and other topics. I also learned how diversity is promoted in the workplace.
