Nino Paula Bulling

Nino Paula Bulling Nino Paula Bulling was born in Berlin in 1986 and studied at the University of Art and Design in Halle an der Saale. In 2012, their debut Im Land der Frühaufsteher (In the Land of Early Risers) was released, a graphic reportage documenting conversations with refugees in Saxony-Anhalt. Lichtpause (Blueprint) followed in 2017, a graphic travelogue from Algeria and in 2019, together with Anne König, Bruchlinien. Drei Episoden zum NSU (Fault Lines. Three Episodes about the NSU). Nino Paula Bulling has translated comics by J. Sfar and Z. Abirached into German and presently lives as an illustrator and comic artist in Berlin.
