Win-win situation
PASCH und PASCH-Alumni

The involvement of PASCH alumni is an integral part of PASCH's career guidance work. Currently, the PASCH team is supported by around 40 so-called PASCH Alumni Ambassadors (PAA). These are PASCH-alumni with professional experience and a good knowledge of German who help to run programmes and share their knowledge and experience of studies and careers with learners. Expanding the PASCH alumni network and recruiting more dedicated PASCH school graduates is also part of their tasks.

Their commitment pays off. By working for the PASCH initiative, the alumni gain a wide range of experience, be it in organising and moderating events or in terms of their digital skills. They also receive training opportunities to prepare them for these tasks. For example, "newcomers" can attend webinars on the topic of "project management". Committed PASCH alumni receive scholarships to improve their German language skills and may take on honorary positions. They make valuable contacts at events with partner institutions, companies and representatives of the business community.

This results in a win-win situation for both sides - the PASCH initiative and the PASCH alumni
