This session will offer a deeper discussion about the legal framework surrounding NFTs and look at its potential to create access in areas that was previously not possible. Any new technology throws up new opportunities for practitioners, but with it there are also new questions of ownership and legalities to deal and new challenges surrounding accessibility and inclusiveness to navigate. This conversation hopes to unpack some of these complexities and help understand the opportunities and challenges involved in NFTs.
