Car, TV or computer – German inventions change the world.

At the moment Germany ranks amongst the top 3 nations when it comes to patent registrations, and reports continued growth in the number of people employed in science and research. So these are good prospects for an innovative future in an innovative country – and also for young people from all around the world who are interested in studying or doing a research placement in Germany.

The Goethe-Institut has dedicated this interactive exhibition to Germany, the Land of Inventors – Research in Germany, in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute and the Max Planck Society.

"Inventors in Germany - modular research" showcases world-changing inventions from German scientific disciplines. The focus is both historic discoveries and pioneering innovations. A look at the German research scenario is definitely a must see.
