We wild, we loiter, we drift, we code, we crash, we laugh, we build, we challenge dominant narratives of who can create with technology (and how)!

In WWC, we wildly play with live-code, sound, and visuals, taking you on an unexpected audiovisual dérive. This performance emerges from our wayfaring, where we recorded city sounds, traced movements, and translated chaos and rhythms into generative music and visuals.

Women Wilding Code is Ajaibghar’s live-coding* performance experiment, where we approach coding as a wilding practice. We bring our excitement for camaraderie and community as a wilding method for creating and performing with technology. We hope to “plant” some playful ideas of code and sisterhood for all!

*What is live-coding?
Live-coding is a practice of opening up the process of making live music and visuals by showcasing the code overlayed on top of the outputs. This breaks the layer between audience and performer. Allowing you to see their process, accept mistakes and make space for playfulness and curiosity.

Nanditi & Computational Mama are the co-founder duo behind Ajaibghar, a creative technology studio and lab for art, culture, and futures.

Rooted in Indian classical music and folk culture Nanditi crafts generative, raga-based electronic music, immersive soundscapes, and experimental sonic art. Computational Mama explores coding, art, and generative AI as a space for camaraderie, friendship, motherhood, and self-care.

Together, their practice challenges traditional boundaries of technology and creativity, remixing sound, code, and visuals into deeply personal yet expansive digital performances.
