Mechthild Gläser, winner of the Seraph-Phantastik Prize, presents an exciting, fantastical, and entertaining novel with a little romance and funny, recognizable details from world literature. A captivating book with a lot of humor! Gläser (b. 1986, Essen) studied politics, history, and economics. Today she lives and works in the Ruhr region where she horribly terribly dances ballet off and on – but only when no one watches. She loves to develop fantastic stories and began to write them early. She finds inspiration everywhere, but best, however, with a cup of peppermint tea.
