Piano Concert

Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan Pune invites you to an evening of piano music by Sean Noel, a young and accomplished pianist and composer whose work reflects both technical refinement and artistic depth.

The concert programme includes:

• Beethoven – Sonata in G major, Op. 49 No. 2
• Schubert – Impromptu in G-flat major, Op. 90 No. 3
• Chopin – Prelude in D-flat major, Op. 28 No. 15 (“Raindrop Prelude”)
• Schumann – Selections from Kinderszenen, Op. 15
• Liszt – Liebestraum No. 3
• Sean Noel – Water and Fire (from The Four Elements)

Sean Noel is a young Indian pianist, composer, and winner of the Con Brio National Piano Competition 2025. He has performed in leading venues across India, including the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, NCPA Mumbai, and in cities such as Pune and Bangalore, presenting a repertoire that spans from Bach and Beethoven to Chopin and Liszt. Beyond music, Sean is also a wildlife artist whose work seeks to celebrate India’s natural heritage and promote wildlife conservation. He is currently preparing for advanced conservatory studies while continuing to share his passion for classical music through performances and original compositions.
